EverFocus Tech Support is a complimentary service to our distribution partners, valued dealers, installers, and integration partners. End users of EverFocus products and systems are strongly encouraged to contact their dealers and installers for general setup and troubleshooting. Users who purchase EverFocus products through unauthorized resellers / Value Added Resellers (VARs) may be excluded from EverFocus technical support and product warranty.

Discontinued Products
If you require technical assistance with our discontinued products please contact EverFocus Technical Support via email [email protected], or contact [email protected] for an upgrade recommendation. Products that are considered discontinued will be added to the product line phase out page. In this page you will also find datasheets, manuals and the last firmware for those devices.

Forget DVR/NVR Password
