EverFocus Announces Advanced MIT AI IP Cameras Featured with NDAA compliance, AI functionality, and high performance

Taipei, Taiwan, June 30, 2021 – EverFocus Electronics Corporation (TWSE: 5484), the leading provider of smart surveillance and smart transportation solutions, is excited to announce the most up-to-date non-HiSilicon network cameras that fully comply with NDAA standards – the EHN2550-SG 5MP Dome and EZN2550-SG 5MP Bullet Network Cameras. The built-in high-performance chipset enables the 5MP network camera to extend powerful image encoding capability up to 30fps at 2592×1944 viewing resolution while supporting dual streaming using H.264 and H.265 image compression standards. The cameras are equipped with weather-resistance (IP66) housing, plus true day/night functionality with automatic IR filter operation which can extend IR range up to 45m/148ft, this enables night visibility up to 45 meters/148 feet and meets a wide variety of needs for outdoor surveillance.
Traditional surveillance cameras are capable of being changed into internet cameras quickly thanks to substantial network technology progress in conjunction with system integration techniques. EHN2550-SG and EZN2550-SG each have a 5-Megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensor that are highly sensitive which enables them to achieve clear color images with less image noise in most surveillance environments; meanwhile, the WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) functionality enables the cameras to provide lucid images even under back light situations where illumination intensity can vary excessively. Besides 12VDC power supply, the network cameras also support Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af Class 3) which supplies power to the camera via network for easy installation using only one cable, eliminating the need for power cables thus reducing installation costs.
The AI network cameras also support 3D DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) functionality which removes the grainy appearance low-light environments tends to take on video and is far better for videos with lots of motion. It does this while not creating motion blur in the images and moving objects do not leave motion trails behind them. The new network cameras are ONVIF compatible, so they can be used with other network video devices, even if they are from other manufacturers. You can also use EverFocus Mobile Applications to remotely view live streams from the cameras through your handheld devices, or use the EverFocus CMS (Central Management Software) to remotely view multiple IP devices connected to an NVR (Network Video Recorder).
